Biology degree/background and/or boating, lifeguard, research experience needed.
(Wildlife volunteer experience a plus).
Must be available morning and afternoon, over Christmas and Spring Break and winter whale season likely with double/triple shifts.
Part time/full time Duties include (but are not limited to):
Prep boat in AM Fit passengers w/ snorkel gear and give snorkel briefings Handle lines for departures and docking Naturalist - interpret wildlife behavior for guests Be able to answer common questions about Hawaii's diverse marine wildlife Know the natural and traditional history of the coastline (or soak it in like a sponge) Use DSLR cameras and GoPro's - Photo Identification for Research (Possibly dive for mooring buoys, handle anchors) Assist swimmers in the water - 1st responder in emergencies Respond to safety concerns Clean boat upon return Will need to obtain CPR/First Aid/Lifeguard certification (or have a Dive Master), and pre-employment drug test to be hired.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
